Private Classes

Perhaps you are not able to attend any of the group classes available, or would prefer to have a private class suited to your needs and individual body. Before you start your private classes we will have a consultation to discuss your experience, needs, and hopes for your sessions. Sessions will run at my home or your own.

I currently offer the following private classes:

Hatha Yoga
Pranayama, asana and relaxation tailored to suit your needs. Fast or slow classes available, all rounded or structured to focus on strength, flexibility, or mindfulness.
One-to-one – £50/hr
Two-to-one – £60/hr
Three/Four/Five-to-one – £70/hr
Family Yoga
Parents can be taught to have fun and relax again whilst sharing quality family time! Go on a yoga adventure and play some yoga games before some well deserved chill out time together.
Minimum of one adult and one child – £60/hr (additional family members free up to 4 members)
Chair Yoga
Breath work, gentle seated body work, the support of a chair in standing postures and finishing with a guided relaxation. Encouraging relaxation, strength and mobility for all bodies.
One-to-one – £50/hr
Two-to-one – £60/hr
Three/Four/Five-to-one – £70/hr
