Private Classes

Perhaps you are not able to attend any of the group classes available, or would prefer to have a private class suited to your needs and individual body. Before you start your private classes we will have a consultation to discuss your experience, needs, and hopes for your sessions. Sessions can run online via Zoom, at my home or, at your own home.


Hatha Yoga



Pranayama, asana and relaxation tailored to suit your needs. Fast or slow classes available, all rounded or structured to focus on strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.

Classes via zoom:
One-to-one: £30/hr
Two-to-one: £40/hr
Three/four/five-to one: £50/hr

Face to face:
One-to-one – £50/hr
Two-to-one – £60/hr
Three/Four/Five-to-one – £70/hr


Family Yoga


Parents and children can have fun and relax whilst sharing quality family time! Go on a yoga adventure and play some yoga games before some well deserved chill out time together. Minimum of one adult and one child (additional family members free up to 4 members).

Zoom classes:
£40/hr

Face to face:
£60/hr


Chair Yoga


Breath work, gentle seated body work, the support of a chair in standing postures and finishing with a guided relaxation. Encouraging relaxation, strength and mobility for all bodies.

Via Zoom:
One-to-one: £30/hr
Two-to-one: £40/hr
Three/four/five-to one: £50/hr

Face to Face:
One-to-one – £50/hr
Two-to-one – £60/hr
Three/four/five-to-one – £70/hr
