Next Surbiton Course from: 27th March, 3rd April, 10th April, 17th April, 24th April 2017
Monday evenings from 6.45pm-8.15pm

Next New Malden Course: 28th March, 4th April, 11th April, 18th April, 25th April 2017
Tuesday daytime classes from 10.45am-12.00 noon

Classes are designed to improve Flexibility, Strength and Mindfulness, and are suitable for all levels, including beginners. Each class will include pranayama (breathing exercises), asana (postures), and relaxation.
